Who we are
K. Karakosta Q.S. L.L.C is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: qs@kkarakosta.com.
What we collect
This website has no forms and sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We receive personal data only when you contact us by email or telephone: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project.
Why, and on what basis
We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to provide the service (contract and pre-contract steps), and to meet legal and professional obligations. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Only the practice and, where needed, its professional advisers and IT providers (for example email hosting). We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our professional obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing qs@kkarakosta.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
