What the regulation covers, and how to check it without taking our word for it.
The practice is a Regulated by RICS firm, listed in the RICS Find a Surveyor directory as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in private practice, working for both residential customers and commercial contracts.
A firm regulated by RICS is bound by the RICS Rules of Conduct for Firms, and is held to a defined standard on staff training, professional indemnity insurance, complaints handling and the security of clients' money.
The practice is also registered with ETEK, the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber, under member number C00562.
Regulated status can be checked independently: the firm's directory listing is public, and chartered membership can be verified through the RICS Find a Member tool.
