Scope

QS services for the reconstruction, restoration and adaptive reuse of a listed historic building in Agios Theodoros, Paphos. Two adjoining plots totalling 1,561 sqm become a Contemporary Art Centre of about 1,850 sqm, with exhibition galleries, educational facilities, artist residency and engagement spaces, community programmes and flexible cultural-event venues, serving local residents and visitors.
